Service Description
wash, deep condition or steam treatment, blow dry, hard press, flat iron (styled straight) this service is for client who already have clip ins made.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are to be cancelled 48 hours prior. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel an appointment, your deposit will be considered a cancellation fee. Communicate with stylist via text to cancel any upcoming appointments. Please no extra people. If you are over 10 minutes late, a late fee will apply. After 15-20 minutes (depending on service) you may have to reschedule. Your late fee will be added to your next scheduled appointment. Deposits goes towards your service. When paying your deposit, there is a $3 processing fee. The remaining balance is due in cash or Zelle. You pay for what you booked. If you have to stop at the ATM, do so before your appointment. When you arrive, please send a text with your name and the time of appointment letting me know you have arrived. I will give further instructions when ready for you.
